Sprayers can work with their own equipment or use Spray Foam GL equipment, depending on the project.
Sales Representative (Commission)
Role Summary: Generate leads, visit job sites or homeowners, explain insulation options, and close projects.

Spray Foam Sprayer — Subcontractor
Role Summary: We’re building a network of experienced sprayers for projects across Mississauga, GTA & Southern Ontario.

Must carry valid insurance (if applicable)

WSIB compliance required

Professional spray equipment and safety gear

Clean job-site standards
Project Manager / Crew Supervisor
Role Summary: Oversee spray foam and insulation projects from start to finish. Coordinate crews, ensure quality control, and maintain professional job-site standards.

Manage daily job scheduling and crew assignments

Ensure proper prep, masking, and clean finish

Communicate with homeowners and contractors

Maintain safety and quality standards

Experience in construction or insulation required
General Labourer / Insulation Helper
Role Summary: Assist with job-site preparation, material handling, masking, equipment setup, and cleanup.

No experience required (construction experience is a bonus)

Must be reliable and physically capable

Work in attics and residential/commercial settings
