Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Spray Foam GL Inc. services, including insulation services and equipment rental.

1. Agreement

By using our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Spray Foam GL offers:

• Spray foam insulation
• Attic insulation
• Waterproofing & coatings
• Equipment rental

All services are subject to availability and site inspection.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are estimates only
• Final pricing may change based on:
  • Site conditions
  • Material requirements
  • Scope changes

Additional work will be discussed before proceeding.

4. Deposits & Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure the booking
• 50% payment may be required at project start
• Full balance due upon completion

Late payments may result in additional fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Minimum 48 hours’ notice required
• Late cancellations may be subject to fees
• Weather-related delays may occur

6. Site Access & Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

• Provide safe and clear access to work areas
• Ensure utilities (power, etc.) are available
• Remove obstacles before work begins

Delays caused by site conditions may result in additional charges.

7. Work Conditions

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse unsafe work conditions
• Stop work if hazards are identified

8. Equipment Rental Terms

For all equipment rentals:

• Customer is responsible for:
  • Proper operation
  • Any damage or loss
  • Returning equipment on time
• Additional charges apply for:
  • Late returns
  • Damage or misuse

9. Warranty

Warranty applies only to:

• Workmanship
• Materials supplied and installed by Spray Foam GL

Warranty does not cover:

• External damage
• Structural issues
• Improper use

10. Liability Limitation

Spray Foam GL is not liable for:

• Hidden or pre-existing conditions
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays beyond our control

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without notice.

13. Governing Law

The laws of Ontario, Canada, govern these Terms.
